Our Story

Owner operator Mark hails from the vibrant and historic country of Ireland, where he was brought up around some of the most breathtaking real estate that Europe has to offer which quite obviously triggered his passion to not only design-build and construct real estate but a passion to bring it to life. Mark's passion for Construction - Design and real estate brought him to North America 14 years ago where he was fortunate enough to work on some of the most luxurious properties this wonderful country has to offer in which started his journey in creating OB HOMES to bring his knowledge - experience - passion and charisma for the world of real estate to the Tampa Bay Area!
